If you’ve been dreaming of a flexible, purpose-filled career that not only nurtures babies, but supports mothers through one of life’s most tender transitions, this is for you.
With the Baby Yoga and Mindful Mama Teacher Training at The Little Rosebuds Academy, you’ll become more than a teacher — you’ll become a guide, a source of quiet strength, and a space of healing for mums and their babies. I designed this course for women just like you, who want to build something meaningful while honouring their own journey.
As a trained pre- and postnatal fitness professional, I recognised a gap in many traditional baby yoga trainings: while the focus is often on the baby, mothers are quietly longing for gentle support, strength, and self-connection in those precious early months. That’s why I wove in mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices for mums—so your classes can become a sanctuary for both mother and baby, side by side.
I want you to feel special and supported from the very moment you enrol—like you’ve found a family here. I’ll be walking this journey alongside you, cheering you on, and making sure you have everything you need to feel confident, inspired, and ready to build your own business.
This course isn’t only about teaching baby yoga—it’s about creating spaces that truly transform the early months of motherhood. You’ll be guiding mums through gentle stretches, playful bonding, mindful moments, and shared community—things that can make all the difference when women are finding their way as mothers.
And with my business support, social media content, and step-by-step guidance, you’ll leave fully equipped to set up and fill your own classes with confidence. Whether you’re on maternity leave dreaming of a flexible career, or ready to expand your existing birth & baby business, this course will help you create the life you want whilst supporting other mums and babies.
Baby Yoga is a beautiful, nurturing practice that blends gentle movement, stretching, songs, and play to support babies in their early development. Rooted in traditional yoga principles and adapted safely for little bodies, it encourages physical milestones such as rolling, crawling, and balance, while also enhancing sensory awareness and motor skills. For parents, baby yoga offers bonding, relaxation, and confidence in handling their little ones through supportive holds and playful interaction.
But baby yoga is more than just movement – it’s a space of connection. Through songs, eye contact, and touch, parents and babies experience moments of joy and presence together.
Mindful Mama is the complementary strand of this practice, focusing on the wellbeing of the mother. Postnatal recovery isn’t just physical – it’s emotional too. Mindful Mama introduces gentle yoga-inspired stretches, breathwork, grounding techniques, and mindful reflections that help mothers reconnect with themselves, restore strength, and find calm in the often overwhelming early months.
Together, Baby Yoga & Mindful Mama create classes that are unique: they nurture both baby and mother, side by side. As a teacher, you’ll be guiding women through postnatal recovery while also supporting their babies’ development – creating a truly holistic parent-and-baby experience.
My training is designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and inspiration to lead these sessions in a way that is safe, professional, and heart-led. By joining the course, you’ll not only gain a qualification but also the skills to create classes that make a lasting difference in families’ lives.
By the end of this training you will be able to:
• Deliver safe, nurturing baby yoga classes that promote bonding, relaxation, and developmental wellbeing.
• Support mothers through gentle postnatal recovery—helping with emotional grounding, physical comfort, and reconnection with self.
• Read infant cues and adapt yoga routines for specific needs (colic, sensory sensitivities etc.).
• Confidently explain infant anatomy & physiology, and understand safety, contra-indications, and health & safety best practice.
• Build a thriving parent & baby business: my marketing, social media, and class-filling strategies will give you the tools to attract students and sustain your work.
• Because you want more than “a baby class” - you want to create deep connection, calm, community, healing.
• You learn from someone who is actively doing this: running thriving, sold-out classes and supporting mums every week.
• I don’t leave you to figure business stuff out alone - social media content, branding, business set-ups, insurance, and class planning are all built in.
• Flexible learning: online modules + live training weekends via Zoom, so you can fit this around your life.
• Real outcomes: many graduates earn back their course fee within the first 2-3 months of teaching.
