THE LITTLE ROSEBUDS ACADEMY
Many of my friends and family once knew me as a personal trainer and class instructor, and from 2015 -2022, this is where I built my wonderful business and client base. In 2019, I trained in pre-and post-natal fitness and discovered a new passion for maternal wellbeing. I opened my doors to expectant and new mums and their little ones, providing an environment where they felt safe and welcomed and could exercise comfortably, especially knowing that childcare was not an issue. I grew closer with my expectant and new mums, hearing what they needed to thrive, and I knew I could support them further. This sparked the very beginnings of Little Rosebuds. My business has grown to offer support for parents and their little ones from bump, birth and beyond.
Through my experience of being a Hypnobirthing teacher, I provide expectant parents with the tools and support to feel empowered from conception to a positive pregnancy and birth experience. Through baby massage and yoga, I bring the magic of touch, providing a warm, loving environment for parent and baby bonding. I am so very proud to be able to do all of this from my tranquil home and studio in Doncaster, offering an intimate and private environment for everyone.
New beginnings ..
In April 2023, I fell pregnant and suddenly my world looked a whole lot different. It was time to put all my focus on my new business so that I could create a life that meant I would be able work around my family and immerse myself into all the little things that were to come along the way. Within 6 months of starting my classes, I won the Yorkshire Prestige Award for Maternal Well-being Service of the year, I was then a finalist in the Doncaster Mumbler awards and most recently, I have been awarded the most empowering Antenatal and Postnatal class provider 2024. Having had lots of other teachers reach out to ask for tips on how to build their classes, I began to think of ways I could support other new mums, expectant mums and parent and baby workers, in building their own successful baby massage classes and so the Little Rosebuds Academy. Baby Massage Teacher Training was born...
As a practising baby massage teacher and a new mum, I truly understand the challenges of balancing a business with family life. Juggling the demands of running a business while supporting a family can be overwhelming, but I am living proof that it is possible. I resonate deeply with the experiences of my students, and I want you to know that I get it. I am on this journey with you and my goal is to support you in creating a flexible and rewarding business that fits around your family and other commitments, just as I have done. Together, we can build something beautiful that not only sustains us but also brings joy and fulfillment to our lives and those we touch through our work.
Giving Back...
At The Little Rosebuds Academy, we believe in not only helping our students succeed but also giving back to causes close to our hearts. That's why we're committed to donating £15 from every sale of our Baby Massage Teacher Training course to Tommy's through Work for Good.
. Tommy's is a charity dedicated to funding research into pregnancy loss and supporting families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, and premature birth. Work for Good is a platform that helps small businesses support charitable causes through simple, meaningful donations. By partnering with them, we ensure that every course sold contributes to making a real difference in the lives of families in need.
