I'm Hannah, and I started
with no experience either.
Before I trained anyone else, I was a personal trainer. Early starts, back to back clients, and completely done with it. What stayed with me was how many of the new mums I worked with had been handed a plan and never once asked how they were.
So in 2022 I trained as a baby massage and yoga teacher, and in January 2023 I ran my first class from a home gym. Within that first year I'd sold out my classes, won multiple awards and been featured on BBC Radio Sheffield. No background, no contacts, no blueprint.
Then women started asking how I'd done it. So I took everything I'd learned the hard way, every mistake, every strategy, every system, and built it into a course so your journey would be easier, faster and better supported than mine ever was.
